Braised Chestnut Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings and prepare chestnut kernels

Use a knife on both sides of the chicken wings, pour some cooking oil into the pan and heat up, add the chicken wings to a low heat and fry until the skin turns golden brown.

After the chicken wings are fried, add green onion, ginger, star anise, chestnut kernels, and fry the chestnut kernels for 2 minutes
