Braised Chiba Tofu
1.
Chiba tofu cut into thick slices about 1 cm thick of equal size.
2.
After the pot is heated, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil to heat.
3.
Boil the oil to 70-80% heat and add Chiba tofu.
4.
Turn it over after it is golden brown on one side.
5.
Fry both sides until golden and when the tofu becomes larger, turn off the heat and set aside. Chubby is super cute.
6.
In the process of frying tofu, prepare braised sauce and a spoonful of cooking wine.
7.
A spoonful of soy sauce.
8.
Two spoons of sugar.
9.
Two spoons of vinegar.
10.
After mixing thoroughly, add half a bowl of water to make a thinner soup for later use.
11.
Cut green onions and ginger into slices.
12.
Heat the pot, leave the bottom oil, and cook the pot with green onion and ginger.
13.
Add the fried tofu and stir fry.
14.
Pour in the prepared braising sauce and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
15.
The moment I opened the lid, I saw the fat tofu again.
Tips:
Before it is fully fried, the tofu will stick to the pan. Don't force it to move. You can move it when it's fried. Try to use a non-stick pan.
