Braised Chicken Curry

Wash half of the chicken and chop into small pieces.

Wash the green and red peppers and onions and cut them into small pieces.

Put the oil in the pan and add the ginger slices.

Add the chicken nuggets and stir-fry the water.

Add a teaspoon of cooking wine and stir to remove the fishy smell.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir fry for a while.

Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry. (Don't put too much salt, you will have curry later)

Add enough water all at once.

Cover the pot tightly and simmer on high heat.

Open the lid when the soup is half-boiled.

Add green and red peppers and onions.

Then add 3 tablespoons of Rushas Curry Paste, stir fry, cover the pot and continue cooking.

Cook until the soup is thick and the pepper is cut off, then turn off the heat.

The finished product is slightly spicy, and the curry is fragrant and delicious.
