Braised Chicken Hearts

1. Prepare the materials used.

2. Add water to the soup pot and add the spice ginger slices.

3. Then add two soaked shiitake mushrooms.

4. Cook on high heat until the ingredients are delicious and the soup base is strong and fragrant.

5. Wash the chicken heart with fine salt to remove impurities.

6. Put it in the pot again and blanch it once.

7. After the soup base in the soup pot tastes out, add fine soy sauce salt to taste.

8. Put the blanched chicken hearts into the pot.

Tips:

The chicken heart becomes smaller as it is cooked, and the harder it becomes as it is cooked, it must be cooked on a low heat, which will have a much better taste.
If the chicken hearts are just cooked and still not tasty, then we can install the chicken hearts, and if we have time, we will have a few more hours of flavor.
