A lot of coriander is used to make this dish. The coriander grown at home is too old to be eaten, so add more. It is still very fragrant with chicken.

Braised Chicken Nuggets

1. Wash the drumsticks, dry them, and cut into pieces

2. Heat a pan on high heat, add chicken nuggets and a tablespoon of cooking wine and stir fry

3. While frying the chicken nuggets, prepare coriander, ginger and garlic

4. Remove the root and yellow leaves of coriander, wash and cut into sections, slice ginger, and cut garlic cloves in half

5. Stir-fry the chicken nuggets until they are broken, add salt and stir-fry well

6. Then add ginger slices and garlic and stir well
