Braised Chicken Nuggets with Horseshoe

Wash the chicken and chop into pieces;

Peel the horseshoe, wash and slice, slice ginger, and diced green onion;

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, cooking wine and a small amount of raw oil to the chicken nuggets, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes;

Heat up a pan, put appropriate amount of raw oil, add ginger slices and sauté fragrant, pour in chicken pieces and stir fry for 3 minutes;

Put an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then pour in half a bowl of water; (The light soy sauce I usually use is already mixed with a small amount of dark soy sauce.)

Bring to the boil, add horseshoes, mix well, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes;

Mix 2 tablespoons of starch with a small amount of water and set aside. After boiling, add green onions, then pour in the starch to thicken the juice;
