Braised Chicken Wings

Put 5ml of oil in the pot, add 5g of rock sugar, ginger slices, pour the chicken wings, and fry on low heat

Pour 5g light soy sauce, 3g cooking wine, 3g dark soy sauce, stir fry

Add 3g of salt, pour water over the chicken wings

Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes
