Braised Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and soak them in clean water for two hours to remove the blood, change the water twice during the period, and drain the water for later use. I made it with the tips of my wings

Prepare the spices and shallots, ginger and garlic

Heat the pan with cold oil, add star anise, bay leaves and cinnamon and stir fry for a good flavor

Add onion, ginger, garlic and continue to fry until fragrant

Add chicken wings and stir-fry on high heat

Stir-fry until the skin of the chicken wings changes color

Stir-fry soy sauce and dark soy sauce to get the flavor of sauce

Add two bowls of boiling water
9.
Add rock sugar and salt, cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for about ten minutes
10.
Collect the juice over high heat and serve it on a plate
