Braised Chicken Wings

The chicken wings are cleaned up and slaughtered at the bend.

Put the right amount of water in the pot, two slices of ginger and one spoon of cooking wine to boil, add the chicken wings to blanch water.

Wash the blanched chicken wings again, and add another egg by the way.
