Braised Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, marinate with shredded ginger, garlic, chopped green onion, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar for half an hour.

Put the ginger, shallot and garlic of the marinated chicken wings in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté until fragrant.
