Braised Chicken Wings

Prepare the materials;

Chop chicken wings, add a small amount of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and a little pepper, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes;

Cut red pepper into diamond-shaped slices; cut ginger into small slices; slice garlic; mince shallot;

Heat more oil in the pot, add chicken wings and fry until golden brown, remove the oil;

Leave the oil in the pot, add garlic slices, ginger slices and green onion to fry until fragrant;

Pour the chicken wings and stir well, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, vinegar, sugar and braised soy sauce to fry the chicken wings for color;

Add a small bowl of water, and cook for about 10 minutes until the juice is collected;

After collecting the juice, add red pepper slices and stir-fry evenly.
