Braised Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings

Prepare the seasoning

Use a knife to slide the chicken wings a few times on both sides for easy taste

Hot pot pour oil

Heat the chicken wings in the oil for 5 minutes and stir fry until all the color changes

Add the ginger slices and cook it into the rice wine

Add salt and stir well

Pour in yuzu soy sauce

Then add the dark soy sauce and pour in boiling water, the amount of water is better to immerse the ingredients

Cover the high heat and bring it to a low heat for 20 minutes

Then open the lid, turn to high heat, add sugar to collect the juice, turn off the heat

Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving
Tips:
1. You can use light soy sauce without yuzu soy sauce. The taste of each company is different. Adjust the taste according to your own taste.
2. If you want a tender and smooth taste, just pass the chicken wings over the oil to change the color. Finally, add sugar to improve the freshness. You can leave it out if you don’t like it.
