Braised Chicken Wings in Oil

Wash the chicken wings after thawing and set aside.

Add cornstarch and cooking wine to the chicken wings, and marinate them with appropriate amount of salt.

Finely chop green onion and ginger, and cut carrot into flowers.

Put chicken wings in hot oil in the pan to fry.

Fry it first and turn yellow on one side.

Turn it over and fry the other side also turns yellow.

Put the fried chicken wings into the casserole.

Pour the oil used to fry the chicken wings into the casserole.

Add the minced ginger and garlic and pour in the appropriate amount of soy sauce.

The casserole is slowly simmered over low heat.

Turn over halfway down.
12.
Put the carrot blossoms and cover and simmer for two minutes.
