Braised Chicken Wings with Beans

Wash the beans and soak in clean water for 10 minutes until soft and set aside.

Wash all chicken wings, add salt, cooking wine, and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant

Add the chicken wings and stir fry for 5 minutes, pour in a spoonful of cooking wine to get rid of fishy.

Add the washed and soaked beans and stir fry.

Add the dark soy sauce, a large spoonful of soy sauce, a large bowl of water (the water is covered with no vegetables), cover and boil over high heat, and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add sugar, a little salt and mix evenly, and just collect the juice over high heat.
Tips:
1 The snap beans must be soaked until they become soft, and they won't be tasty until they are cooked.
2 If you like spicy food, add more chili.
