Braised Chicken Wings with Chestnuts

Wash the chestnuts and cut a cross on the bulging side of the chestnuts.

Add water to the pot without the chestnuts. Bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat. Boil until the water is dry. Remove the chestnuts and peel them while they are hot.

Blanch the shiitake mushrooms and chicken wings separately, and set aside.

The chicken wings are chopped in the middle and divided into two. Cut shiitake mushrooms into pieces. The chicken wings do not need to be chopped. I want the ingredients to be uniform and neat.

Cut the carrot into pieces with a hob. Peel the chestnut and slice the green onion and ginger.

Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry the chicken wings.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence, and pepper to taste.

Stir fry with chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms and carrots.

Add boiling water and simmer for a while, the amount of water is level with the ingredients.

Finished product. Cook until the soup sees dry, turn off the heat.
Tips:
The chicken wings in this dish can be replaced with other meats.
