Braised Chicken Wings with Ci Mushroom

1. Ci mushroom, chicken wings, ginger

2. Clean and cut chicken wings

3. Clean the sesame mushrooms, and cut the larger ones in half.

4. Put the chicken nuggets on a plate, add ginger, cornstarch, oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt

5. Marinated chicken wings, ginger, corn starch, oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt mix for half an hour.

6. Heat up the pan and put it in a small oily pan, add the marinated chicken nuggets and fry until it turns yellow and becomes oily

7. Fill the chicken nuggets with more water. Put the mushrooms into the stir-fry, cover the pot and cook for 8 minutes

8. Open the lid and stir-fry all seasonings
