Braised Chicken Wings with Mushroom and Tofu

1. Prepare the materials

2. Mushroom Soaking

3. Wash chicken wings and cut into pieces, add a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for a while

4. Tofu cut into small pieces

5. Cut green and red peppers into small slices, slice ginger and garlic, and slice green onions

6. In a casserole that can be burnt dry, add tofu in hot oil and fry until golden, set aside for later use

7. Fry the chicken wings for a while, serve them out and set aside
