Braised Chicken Wings with Red Onion

Wash the chicken wings, slice the ginger, and chop the shallots.

Frozen chicken wings must be boiled and blanched to remove the icy smell, and then pick them up and wash them for later use.

Heat the oil with ginger slices and shallots and sauté.

Saute the ginger and green onions before adding the chicken wings and stir fry until the color changes, and season with light soy sauce.

Add the light soy sauce and stir fry until the chicken wings are evenly colored with sauce. Add a suitable amount of water and cover the chicken wings. Cover the lid and simmer on low heat.
6.
Simmer until the juice is collected and then serve on the plate.
