Braised Chicken Wings with Spring Bamboo Shoots in Oil

Prepare ingredients: chicken wings, spring bamboo shoots, green onion ginger, oyster sauce

After washing the chicken wings, make a cut on the front of the chicken wings, put them in a cooking bowl, add 4 grams of salt, 5 grams of sugar, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, and 2 grams of white pepper. Grab the chicken wings and marinate for 30 minutes. ;

Cut the spring bamboo shoots in half, peel off the skin, and cut into hob blocks;
