Braised Chicken with Asparagus Bamboo Shoots

Soak the dragon's silk bamboo shoots in warm water.

Add green onions and ginger to the young hen, pour in water and bring to a boil.

Add Longxu bamboo shoots and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for 2 hours on low heat, add salt and chopped green onion before serving.
