Braised Chicken with Potatoes

Chop the chicken into small pieces, wash and put it in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water and soak for 30 minutes.

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into hob pieces, soak in water for 3 minutes.

Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces, peel and slice the ginger, and cut the dried chili into small pieces and put them in a bowl for later use.

Put the chopped garlic, ginger and dried chili in a pot and sauté.

After smelling the garlic aroma, pour the drained chicken and fry until golden on both sides.

Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce and stir fry until it is colored.

After adding the potato wedges and sautéing them together, pour in boiling water and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes.

After simmering for 20 minutes, add the chopped green onions, add a little salt, and stir-fry while collecting the juice.
