Braised Chicken with Potatoes

Cut potatoes into cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch, cut carrots into cubes with a hob, cut green peppers into cubes, wash chicken cubes in blood water for later use, slice garlic and ginger

Pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, heat the oil and sauté the ginger and garlic, then stir-fry the chicken, add light soy sauce and a little more cooking wine, and fry until the chicken is completely white in color

Then pour the carrots and potato pieces, stir-fry for a while, then add a little soy sauce and some salt and continue to stir-fry on high heat, add a bowl of rice and a half bowl of water, turn to a low heat and simmer on high heat.

When simmering, you can occasionally stir fry. When the simmering is almost dry, add green pepper and simmer for a while.

Tips:
Try to go to the vegetable market to buy chicken, it is delicious. The frozen water in the supermarket is not so delicious~ For spicy, add dried chili when sauteing the ginger and garlic~
