Braised Chicken with Rice-jiuyang Zhishi

Wash the chicken legs, chop them into 4cm pieces, and put them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove blood.

Chop garlic, slice ginger, cut dried chili into small circles, cut green pepper into slender horseshoe shape, and soak the mushrooms.

Prepare the chicken nuggets, add minced garlic, ginger slices, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, white pepper, salt, and sugar. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Pour a small amount of cooking oil in a rice cooker, add dried chili, add marinated chicken nuggets (with seasoning), add mushrooms, pour a small amount of water for soaking mushrooms, and select "steaming" mode.

After the "steaming" mode is completed, add the green peppers, stir, and then keep warm and simmer for 10 minutes.
