Braised Cod Fillet
1.
Thaw the cod fish, wash and cut into pieces to control the moisture, cut the green onion into sections, smash the garlic, slice the ginger, mix the light soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar together and add some water.
2.
Coat the dried fish with dry flour.
3.
Pour the oil in the oil pan until it is 50-60% hot, add the fish pieces, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
4.
Pour in the prepared braised sauce, put the green onion, ginger, and garlic in the pot. Our house has no ginger, so we didn’t put it in. Dear friends, we must not save this step. Add salt, cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the soup is finished, turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
Don't put too much in the soup, so as not to burn for too long and affect the taste, you must master the heat and don't paste the pot.
