Braised Cod Stewed with Radish

Wash the cod and cut into sections, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Peel the radishes and cut into hob pieces for later use.

The marinated fish is coated with egg liquid.

Place in the oil pan and fry until golden on both sides.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, saute the star anise and the scallion, ginger and garlic.

Add the fried fish cubes.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, cooking wine and appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Add the radishes to the fish pot, turn to a low heat, simmer for 20 minutes, and then remove the soup from the high heat.
Tips:
To make the radish more flavorful, it should be simmered in a pot with the fish.
