Braised Crayfish in Oil

Choose the shrimp first (it's a bit difficult to make)

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok. After the oil is warm, stir-fry the ginger and garlic in the pan until fragrant

Put the processed lobster into the pot and stir-fry repeatedly. The crayfish should be thoroughly stir-fried until it is red and curled. Salt, MSG, oil consumption and sugar can be added. The seasoning is even and tasty. Simmer for more than ten minutes.
