The lotus root must be simmered with fatter meat to make it delicious. Today I made a dish that is very famous in ours, braised lotus root with southern milk. In the traditional method, I added some red onions, which is another dish. More fragrant

3. Cut the ingredients and set aside

4. Peel the lotus root, cut into pieces, and soak in water

5. Fry the pork belly a little bit in a hot pan

6. Fry until golden on both sides, add garlic and shallots and sauté fragrant

7. Put the lotus root in the salt and stir fry

8. Stir-fry with southern milk and a little sugar in turn

9. Then add a little water to stew

10. Stew and add the juice to the green pepper

11. Finally, add the oyster sauce and stir fry until it tastes.

12. Do a good job

Tips:

1. Use paper towels to soak up the water for the pork belly so that it will not splash itself when it is fried.
2. The lotus root should be soaked in cold water to prevent oxidation.
3. The pork belly is fried until golden brown and the excess fat is fried. It is not greasy and very fragrant.
4. Garlic and shallots must be put, these will make the dish a lot more fragrant
