Braised Crucian Carp with Green Onion

Ingredients.

Cut the crucian carp a few times and marinate it for an hour with soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger slices.

Pour oil in the wok and heat it up.

Add the crucian carp and fry on both sides until browned.

Take out the crucian carp, add the shallots and ginger slices and fry to get the fragrance.

Place the fried crucian carp on the shallots and pour the rice vinegar.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt.

Add appropriate amount of water, bring a part of the green onions to the fish after it is brought to a boil, add sugar, and simmer on low heat.

Turn off the heat when the soup is dry.

Slowly pour the fish into the plate and let cool.

The crucian carp after being completely cooled is ready to be served. I garnish with red pepper rings and green onions.

Tips:
The small wild crucian carp is more convenient and nutritious, but it is not available this season, so it has to be replaced with a large farmed crucian carp.
