Braised Dongpo Pork with Oily Tofu

1. Prepare oil tofu, Dongpo meat

2. Diced Dongpo Pork

3. Stir-fry Dongpo Pork first

4. Drizzle with soy sauce

5. Add salt and fry for a while

6. Put clean water

7. Cook for 10 minutes

8. Put in the oily tofu and cook for another 10 minutes

9. Collect the juice and top with light soy sauce, sprinkle with chicken essence and chives
