Braised Dry Radish

1. Take a look at the ingredients

2. Cut dry radish into pieces.

3. Cut the coriander stalks into inch sections.

4. Put the dry radish in the oil pan and pass the oil for later use.

5. Cut the cabbage into pieces and oil for later use.

6. Cook the chopped green onion and aniseed in a pot, add soy sauce, add vermicelli, pork skin and yellow, add appropriate amount of water.

7. Add upland radish and cabbage and simmer over high heat.

8. Stew until the soup is dried up, add coriander stalks, salt and monosodium glutamate.

9. Stir-fry evenly.
