Braised Duck Feet

I bought the packaged frozen duck feet. I only used half of it, so I washed it with clean water first.

Boil a pot of water, blanch the duck feet in water for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove them for use.

Prepare aniseed: bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, grass fruit, ginger, sand ginger, licorice, tangerine peel, etc.
