Braised Duck Feet

1. I bought the packaged frozen duck feet. I only used half of it, so I washed it with clean water first.

2. Boil a pot of water, blanch the duck feet in water for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove them for use.

3. Prepare ginger and garlic.

4. Prepare aniseed: bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, grass fruit, ginger, sand ginger, licorice, tangerine peel, etc.

5. Spread the aniseed over the clear water.

6. After washing the aniseed, sift it and put it in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of water.

7. Cook out the flavor, about 20 minutes.

8. Put the duck feet into a large boiled pot, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, soy sauce, wine, pepper, ginger, garlic, sugar and salt. After it is boiled on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. (If you like spicy, you can put 2 dried chillies, because children love to eat and dare not put them)

9. Time is up, turn off the fire. The marinated duck feet are soaked in the marinade for 30 minutes and then picked up to add more flavor.
