Braised Duck with Fresh Bamboo Shoots

Prepare the duck meat and bamboo shoots. Cut the duck meat into pieces and blanch it. Add two teaspoons of vinegar and a piece of ginger to the water to get rid of the smell of duck meat. Bamboo shoot slices blanched

Add the duck meat to salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cornstarch, cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes
