Braised Eggplant

Cut the eggplant into pieces! After cutting a section into four halves, soak in water after finishing

Fry the minced meat first, deep-fry the fat meat and then stir fry with the lean meat! Add minced garlic and stir fry together

The eggplant must be soaked in water before cooking.
