Braised Eggplant

Wash the eggplants, cut the hob pieces, and then soak them in water for a while to avoid black oxide.

Tips:
1. The eggplant will oxidize after cutting, so soak it in cold water for a while, the color will not turn black.
2. When pickling the eggplant, it should not be so thin as a whole.
