Braised Eggplant

1. Hot fried eggplant, remove and reserve

2. Stir fragrant ginger and garlic with hot oil in a pot

3. Pour the green pepper

4. Pour the tomato sauce and water starch to thicken

5. Pour the eggplant and tomato and stir fry evenly

6. Pour the seasoning and stir fry evenly out of the pan
