Braised Fish Balls with Mushrooms and Shrimp Rice

Prepare the materials.

Wash dried shrimps and soak again, leaving water.

Soak the mushrooms in advance.

Cut the celery into sections and wash the fish balls.

Heat oil in a casserole, add mushrooms and sliced ginger and fry for a while.
