Braised Fish Head

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Put oil in the pan and fry the fish head yellow on both sides.

Add red pepper, ginger and garlic in the remaining oil of the pot and sauté.

Put the fried fish head, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, a little salt and cold water to cook until cooked.

Then add pepper, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, and green onions to season the sauce.
6.
Serve out of the pan and serve.
