Braised Fish Pieces

Marinate the fish pieces in cooking wine for ten minutes.

Slice ginger and garlic.
3.
Fry the fish pieces in a hot pan with cold oil until golden on both sides.

Add ginger and garlic, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Add 1 large bowl of hot water, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
6.
Add salt and shallots and stir fry for 3 seconds.
