Braised Fish with Beer is Delicious and Unexpected.
1.
Kill the grass carp and wash off the blood.
2.
Cut the washed fish into a bowl, add salt, pepper, cornstarch, soy sauce, and chicken powder to marinate for ten minutes.
3.
Put the edible oil in a pot to heat, add the marinated fish pieces, fry golden brown, remove from the pot and set aside.
4.
Leave the oil at the bottom of the pot and continue to put the cut ginger garlic, chili, and bean paste into the pot and fry until fragrant.
5.
Pour a bottle of Budweiser beer and pour the fried fish into the pot after boiling.
6.
After the fish tastes good, put the cut green and red peppers into the pot, and then pour the cornstarch into the pot.
7.
Finally, the juice is almost harvested, sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix evenly, ready to be out of the pot. A delicious fish is completed like this, drooling.
Tips:
Be careful not to have too much salt, because bean paste and dark soy sauce are both salty condiments. If you like hemp, you can add a little pepper to sauté.
