Braised Goose

1. Cut the goose meat into pieces, pour peanut oil into the pan and heat it with garlic, then add the goose meat and stir fry.

2. Add an appropriate amount of salt.

3. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

4. Stir fry after adding soy sauce.

5. Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for half an hour.

6. Add chopped green onion.
