Braised Goose with Beer

Prepare as shown in the picture, and put the cut goose meat in hot water to blanch it, then put it in cold water to cool, pick up and set aside.

Pour beer into the pot and drown the fried goose, put in a few pieces of bay leaves, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat. In the meantime, cut the red and green peppers, add them and stir fry when the juice is almost ready.
