Braised Green Pepper Eggplant

Cut eggplant and green pepper into hob pieces, mince garlic

Pour the right amount of oil into the frying pan and cook until 50% of the heat. Fry the eggplants until they are 70% mature. Remove and set aside

Prepare a small bowl, put in a small bowl of water, add a teaspoon and a half sugar, a teaspoon and a half dark soy sauce, a third teaspoon of salt and a little chicken powder, mix well and set aside

Leave a little oil in the pan and sauté the minced garlic
5.
Pour the green pepper and stir fry for a minute

Add fried eggplant
7.
Pour the seasonings and boil on high heat until the soup is dry.
