Braised Horned Melon

Ingredients: horned melon

Wash the horned melon and cut into pieces.

Heat oil and fry the scallions.

Put in the corner melon cubes.

Stir-fry evenly and add appropriate amount of farmhouse sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Tips:
1. Because the farmhouse sauce and light soy sauce are used, the salt should be less.
