Braised Japanese Tofu

Prepare a few strips of Japanese tofu, cut the Japanese tofu from the middle, pour out gently, and cut into one-centimeter thick slices.

Put the Japanese tofu into a bowl full of starch, shake the bowl to make it evenly coated with starch, try not to pull it by hand, so as not to crush the Japanese tofu.

Fry the Japanese tofu in the pan and remove the oil to control the oil after it is fried.
