Braised Kidney Beans with Pickles

Dice pork for marinating, cut green onion into small pieces, wash Agaricus blazei, wash and chop pickles, and use kidney beans with oil for later use.

Heat a pot with oil, green onions, Agaricus blazei, and dried chili until fragrant.

Add pork and pickles and stir fry until fragrant.

Add kidney beans and a little peanut kernels and continue to stir fry.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, pepper, water, cover and simmer for more than 30 minutes, until the kidney beans are cooked and tasty.

Collect the juice, sprinkle with pepper, sesame oil, and serve.
