Braised King Pleurotus with Green Vegetables and Tofu

Blanch pleurotus eryngii into slices, chop green onion and garlic.

Blanch the vegetables and cut the tofu into pieces. (The tofu is steamed first)

Heat the pan with cold oil.
4.
Saute the shallots and minced garlic.
5.
Add sliced eryngii mushrooms and fry until fragrant.
6.
Add the greens and stir-fry slightly.
7.
Put the tofu and stir well. Season with salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
8.
Serve out the plate.
