Braised Lamb and Scorpion

Soak the sheep scorpion in clean water for 3 hours. Anyway, I soaked all night.

Put clean water in the pot, put the soaked lamb scorpion into the pot, put two ginger slices and two spoons of cooking wine. Cook for a while. Skim out the froth. Then take it out and put it aside
