Braised Lamb and Scorpion Hot Pot

1. Prepare the ingredients.
The beef and mutton stew package is sold in supermarkets, and it is very convenient to use.

2. Hema's sheep scorpion is of good quality, and it also comes with a stew package.

3. Look, the sensuality is still full.

4. Rinse the sheep scorpion first, and then soak it in the bleeding water for 1 hour.

5. Prepare ingredients and seasonings.

6. Put the sheep scorpion in a pot under cold water, it will boil a lot of blood foam, skim it. Repeat this action~

7. Until the soup becomes white, it's fine. This soup is to be used as a stock, so don't throw it away.

8. Then remove the sheep and scorpions and wash them with warm water for later use. Pour out the soup and set aside.

9. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, green onions, coriander stalks, and onion slices and fry to create a fragrant flavor.

10. Add beef and mutton stew and stir fry for a while.

11. Then pour the sheep scorpion and stir fry;

12. Add the stock from step 7;

13. 2 tablespoons cooking wine + 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

14. 1 tablespoon brown sugar

15. Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour on low heat. Finally, season with appropriate amount of salt. (If time permits, after turning off the heat, let the cooked lamb and scorpion simmer in the pot for half an hour before being out of the pot, adding more flavor!)

16. The braised sheep and scorpion with the fragrance to the bone is complete.

17. Prepare some favorite vegetables and cook the hot pot after nibbling the lamb and scorpion meat.

18. It's really delicious~

19. It's so delicious that even the bones laugh~
Hahaha!
