Braised Lamb Chops

Wash the lamb chops, I bought the lamb chops that have been boneless, leaving only the cartilage

Cut into two pieces, pot under cold water

Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, remove and rinse

Start to cut into a half finger size square

Put it in a pressure cooker, add lemon leaves, star anise, pepper, pepper

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, dried chili, ginger slices and water

Cover the lid of the pressure cooker, start the beef and mutton button and cook until the gas is gone
