Braised Lamb Chops
1.
Fry lamb chops in a frying pan to get the moisture out.

Stir fry together with ginger and garlic.
3.
Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and stir dry for color.
4.
Add water to boil, simmer for 1-2 hours on low heat.
5.
Open the lid and collect the juice over high heat.
6.
Add the chili and shallots at the end.
7.
Stir fragrant and out of the pot.
